Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your mental health services before your first appointment. Your provider will give you a written estimate at least 1 business day before your scheduled service. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
