Our Testing Packages
The Clarity Package — $1,200
Best For
Adults or teens with suspected ADHD, anxiety, or learning difficulties.
Includes
1-hour clinical interview, 2 standardized testing sessions (~4 hrs), comprehensive written report, and a 1-hour feedback session.
Turnaround
Report delivered within 3 weeks of final testing session.
The Focus Package — $1,500
Best For
Children ages 6–17 with ADHD, behavioral, or academic concerns.
Includes
Parent + child interviews, 2–3 testing sessions (~5–6 hrs), full written report with school recommendations, and a 1-hour family feedback session.
Add-On
Teacher questionnaires and school record review included.
The Comprehensive Package — $3,500 (Child) | $2,800 (Adult)
Best For
Full neuropsychological workup for complex presentations (autism, TBI, learning + ADHD + anxiety combo, forensic needs).
Includes
Multi-session clinical interview, 4–6 testing sessions (6–8+ hrs), full neuropsychological report, 1.5-hour feedback session, optional school/physician collaboration letter.
Turnaround
Report delivered within 4 weeks of final testing session.
The School Success Package — $1,200
Best For
Children needing IEP, 504 plan, or gifted/special education evaluation.
Includes
Psychoeducational assessment (IQ + academic achievement), behavioral rating scales, written report formatted for school use, recommendations letter.
Note
Does not include full neurological battery; ideal for school-specific documentation.
The Autism Spectrum Package — $3,200
Best For
Children and adults seeking ASD diagnosis or rule-out.
Includes
ADOS-2 administration, ADI-R caregiver interview, cognitive and adaptive testing, integrated full report, 1.5-hour family feedback, referral coordination.
Supplemental Evaluation Services
Report-Only (External Evaluation): $400 (Written summary and clinical review of a prior evaluation conducted elsewhere).
Feedback Session (Standalone): $200 (For clients who had an evaluation elsewhere and require a professional to review the report and recommendations with the family).
