Clinical Interview
1–2 hours of detailed history gathering with the client and/or caregivers.
Comprehensive Testing
A full battery of standardized cognitive, academic, neurological, and emotional testing (typically 4–8 hours).
Record Review
Deep review of school records, medical history, and prior psychological testing.
Analysis & Reporting
Extensive scoring, data analysis, and compilation of a full neuropsychological report (clinician time: 4–8 hours).
Feedback Session
A dedicated 1-hour session to review the report and clinical recommendations.
Care Coordination
Targeted, actionable recommendations and optional collaboration with your school, therapist, or medical providers to ensure seamless implementation of the findings.
Rates & Payment
Child Full Neuropsychological Eval: $4,800
Adult Full Neuropsychological Eval: $3,800
Payment Policy: All evaluations are private-pay. We do not bill insurance for evaluation services. A 50% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due at the feedback session. Payment plans are available upon request.
